Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - Sale items (final sale). Please note that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies to sale items as required by EU law. Our voluntary 30-day return policy, however, does not apply to final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Legal Guarantee (Conformity of Goods)
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771, all products sold by Primal Thrive are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product is defective, does not conform to the description, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or — where applicable — receive a price reduction or full refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
